Had the most amazing experience yesterday buying my brand new car! Never in a million years did I think I'd be able to afford a 2021 with 18 miles on it, but they worked their magic and made it work. Also stayed over 2 hours late to help me sign paperwork and drive it off the lot.
Tyrus was an amazing salesman to work with! He helped me with any questions and was very knowledgeable. He was also very polite, not pushy at all! Just an amazing guy and an amazing experience overall!!!!

I called and asked about scheduling an oil change and tire rotation and was told I didn’t need an appointment. I went that day and my car was taken in right away and was finished in a little while. Margo in the service department took care of me and was very courteous and efficient. I took advantage of the courtesy car wash she offered and am very pleased with their service and will be going back again.

Ron was GREAT!! He got me the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted and he was so patient, explaining everything, certainly not rushing me. While I was traveling through Johnson City, my vehicle broke down. I immediately called the service department and spoke with Margo, who couldn't have been any nicer.
