I called and asked about scheduling an oil change and tire rotation and was told I didn’t need an appointment. I went that day and my car was taken in right away and was finished in a little while. Margo in the service department took care of me and was very courteous and efficient. I took advantage of the courtesy car wash she offered and am very pleased with their service and will be going back again.
Went to 5 other dealerships trying to get a good deal and JC Nissan was the only one to get it done!! Hands down we saved thousands and we are grateful. Mike Wells was our salesman and we will be sending more business his way!!
I worked with Les Morgan purchasing a Jeep Wrangler. Les went above and beyond for me and made the experience as painless as possible. Margo was so awesome not only with me but other customers as well. She went above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable. Even though it was an oil change she recommended the free wash. You have an asset to your dealership and that’s Margo.

Friendly and courteous receptionist at the service department. The mechanic was right on with servicing my Xterra. I will definitely bring my vehicle back for service. Only wish I had waited a few days as a coupon for tire rotation and oil change came in the mail afterward but still a satisfied customer. Thank you.
Erick Matthew helped me find the perfect new car. He’s super friendly, down to earth, and knowledgeable. I literally walked in with a list of things I wanted and he helped me find the most beautiful 2020 Nissan Rogue SV. Kevin in finance was super awesome and helpful, also. It was a long day at Johnson city Nissan but after settling on the deal WE (the customer) wanted, we finally got to leave with my brand new 2020 rogue! Ed Jones was our finance manager and he really pulled through for US! Morgan Leslie was our salesman and he was super awesome and helpful! I couldn’t be more pleased with how everything worked out, it might have taken a while to get there but I left beyond excited and happy with my purchase!
