5 star service department. From the first phone call, initial write up and service Victoria provided knowledge, updates and great communication during my repairs. Owens my technician did an absolute hell of a job working on my car. This department values thier customers and it shows in every interaction. if you have a nissan in need of repair or service Go to Johnson City Nissan, you will not be disappointed!!

Have to give props to the service department and especially Glen. Excellent communication, customer service oriented and easy to work with. Thanks to all.
