I called and asked about scheduling an oil change and tire rotation and was told I didn’t need an appointment. I went that day and my car was taken in right away and was finished in a little while. Margo in the service department took care of me and was very courteous and efficient. I took advantage of the courtesy car wash she offered and am very pleased with their service and will be going back again.
Went to 5 other dealerships trying to get a good deal and JC Nissan was the only one to get it done!! Hands down we saved thousands and we are grateful. Mike Wells was our salesman and we will be sending more business his way!!

While I was traveling through Johnson City, my vehicle broke down. I immediately called the service department and spoke with Margo, who couldn't have been any nicer. She called for a tow truck which arrived shortly. I was so worried because I live almost 500 miles away. Upon arrival, Margo had arranged a loaner vehicle for me. I left my vehicle and returned home. The following Monday I returned to retrieve my vehicle. I have to say, everyone I had contact with at this dealership wereso accommodating and friendly. Friendly and courteous receptionist at the service department. The mechanic was right on with servicing my Xterra. I will definitely bring my vehicle back for service. Only wish I had waited a few days as a coupon for tire rotation and oil change came in the mail afterward but still a satisfied customer. Thank you.
